Singapore Academics was founded by Stephen Bailey, a certified and highly experienced educator, with one clear goal in mind—to help students reach the highest levels of academic achievement through focused, one-to-one support.

After more than two decades of teaching across all levels and serving as both Principal and Head Teacher at respected schools, Mr Bailey made a deliberate choice: to step away from the larger systems and return to what matters most. We found that deep, meaningful relationships with students and their families brought a much greater sense of purpose and satisfaction. While helping a full class to succeed was rewarding, helping one student go further than they thought possible was truly powerful.

Too often, our staff saw schools run by owners more interested in their own egos or financial gain than the real progress of each student. Singapore Academics was created to be different—a place where every lesson is built around the individual, not the system.

We work only with trusted and highly skilled teachers who share this belief. Every student we accept receives not just lesson time, but careful preparation, thoughtful post-lesson review, and long term support. Because of this, we are selective with the students we take on. We limit our business to ensure that every learner receives the attention, time, and dedication they deserve.
